In the era of social networking, youtube, google and short attention spans, it is more critical than ever to make your home stand out from the crowded field of homes on the market. As the economic climate has gotten more difficult and uncertain, homes are harder to sell. That is why it is critical that you use an agent who has the ability to leverage technology to your benefit. It may sound like a joke, but truly, many agents are stuck in the Dinosaur Age when it comes to Real Estate Marketing.
