Established in 1923, Kenneth Village is a collection of shops, eateries and services on Kenneth Road in northwest Glendale with architecture dating back to the 1920′s Because of its old time “Mayberry-esque” charm, Kenneth Village is the scenic location for hundreds of television shows, commercials and magazine ads. Although “the Village” still maintains much of its historic charm, you can now expect a rather eclectic selection of not-so-dated things to see, do and eat! Homes nearby this neighborhood are in much demand because everyone loves being able to walk to the village.
Northwest Glendale Homeowners Association is a group of dedicated individuals who work to promote items that are important to the quality of life in the neighborhood. Also, Brand Library and Park is a wonderful place for residents to enjoy various art exhibits, historical properties, gardens and much more! All in all, Northwest Glendale remains one of the most coveted areas of the city.
