Sue Eller grew up in Seattle Washington and attended college in Boston at Berklee College of Music. After graduating Magna Cum Laude in only three years, she made her way to California. She excelled for over 20 years in the fast paced highly competitive world of network television, working as a music editor.

Desiring a change and wanting to draw on her love of homes and people, she decided that a real estate career could provide an opportunity for personal growth while at the same time making a difference in peoples lives through home ownership. As a Realtor, she brings her highly developed skills of client satisfaction to all that she does. She is always mindful of the notion that real estate is a service-oriented business.

Her involvement in city issues has given her an extra breadth of knowledge about housing, zoning, and development issues, not only in Glendale, but throughout the region. Her ability to network within the entertainment industry and with community leaders enables her to provide an extra level of service to those she works with. Sue gives back to the community in a number of ways, including hosting fundraisers at her home for various community charities. Her past efforts have resulted in a donation from the Dilbeck Charitable Foundation to “Glendale Healthy Kids.” She also plants trees in Glendale for each of her clients through “Glendale Beautiful’s” Arbor Day program.

Sue thrives in a creative atmosphere and specializes in working with entertainment industry clients as well as others with a creative mind-set. Her unique methods of marketing homes include personally producing videos and hiring an artist to do a watercolor painting of each of her listings.

Sue’s clients value her diligence, attention to detail and sincerity. She strives to be the type of agent that she herself would want to work with. In the highly charged world of real estate transactions where everyone’s patience is tested, it is important to have a Realtor who can maintain a calm demeanor and a cool head. These skills have been finely honed from her years of working in the pressure-cooker world of television. Her warm personality and sense of humor are greatly appreciated by all those who have worked with her. She takes her clients very seriously and instills confidence with her knowledge, enthusiasm and pro-active work ethic.
